Gather is a tool for collecting and narrativizing personal stories. By creating an account or submitting content, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in ways that don't infringe on anyone else's rights.
You own the content you submit. By uploading stories, voice notes, or photos, you grant Gather a limited license to store and display that content within your event and to process it through AI in order to generate a narrative. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it to train AI models.
Story pages are publicly accessible only after you publish them via their shareable URL. As the organizer, you are responsible for how you distribute that link. Do not use Gather to collect or publish content about people without their knowledge or consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Gather is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated narratives are creative outputs — they may not perfectly represent all contributors or be factually precise. Always review the story before sharing it.
